ABOUT ME

I am a psychotherapist with over eighteen years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups in a variety of community mental health settings.

I provide individual counseling and psychotherapy for adults in my practice.  I commonly work with people with a broad range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, difficult life transitions, trauma, loss, identity concerns, and those feeling stuck or wanting to make a change in their life.

 

I have a profound respect for those engaged in the process of therapy, and see it as a courageous act. I feel grateful to be a part of my clients' journey to better understand themselves and to make meaningful change in their lives.
